Meditation of compassion

Yes!

That is what came to me this morning as I was blogging and viewing a topic I have brought up in one of my online communities...

I mean, I have been exploring what Tantra is to you (me)? In a way that is beyond textbook definition, I want to know what it means in one's own life and way of being... this question applies to all and any explorer, avid reader, a teacher, guide or adept practitioner.... and I also mean beyond the limitations of colors and separation.

My initial sharing was that I have found Tantra in it's various forms and meditations to keep me in the body, aware of the wonderful gift of the breath of life and the tremors that coil at my root and propel one (me, this body) into a state that is beyond words being able to feel, in the moment what is.

I found many responses that I resonate with and I share here in my own words and understanding as well...

Fun/confusion, a walking, living breathing contradiction.  Flowing...BEing aware one IS in the flow, flowing in awareness.  Experiencing the fullness of BEing and enjoying (I would say, awareness) the fullness of the experience.  In deed awareness is a KEY, awareness of the experience...nothing to do, approve, reject or suppress rather feel, observe BE in awareness of what IS.  A way of life that allows consciousness to go beyond all structures and limitations.  At times a lineage yet even a lineage can become a dogma, lineage in a way that one is aligned with the inner knowingness and continually listens to one's own body and wisdom above all for guidance and acceptance of what is noticing when something does not resonate and when one is resisting.  At times learning a technique to begin and getting started then abandoning the technique to BE in the FLOW of what is and notice the alchemical transformation of passion to compassion, sex into superconciousness.  Thru a variety of steps that vary from individual to individual, as one opens up and expands to the universal ecstatic love.

Suddenly a flash a meditation was borned an inspiration granted.  Herein shared with all

Meditation of  compassion and grace.

From the root to the heart, melting the energy centers into one and then none. Powered by what one feels, fueled by the desire in the gut of what is shared in the spoken word with a true vision of love.  Anchored in the divine of ones own beloved.  Heart soul expansion in sound harmonic vibration to one's own body, then to all.

Important to do chakra breathing first, my preference is osho's chakra breath (due to it's active nature) yet any other form one is familiar with may be acceptable...important to listen to one's own body for direction.
